<br /> <br />4. Amendments. Any amendment to this agreement shall be in writing and shall be <br />only as specifically authorized by the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Cle Elum Board of Library Trustees as consented to by <br />the Cle Elum City Council. <br /> <br />5. Duration of Agreement.
