BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SELAH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 119, YAKIMAAND KITTITAS COUNTIES, WASHINGTON, as follows: Section 1 Findings and Determinations. The Board of Directors (the "Board') of Selah School District No. 119, Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington (the "District") takes note of the following facts and makes the following findings and determinations: (a) By Resolution No. 20-21, the Board adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 2021-22 (the "2021-22 Budget") that included certified General Fund Replacement Educational Programs and Operation Levy excess property taxes in the amount of $3,550,187 to be levied in2021and collectedin2022. (b) The 2021-22 Budget included certified Debt Service Fund excess property taxes to pay debt service on all of the District's outstanding unlimited tax general obfigation bonds in the amount of $4,550,000 to be levied in2O21and collectedin2022. Section 2 Certification of General Fund Excess ProperV Tax Levy. Pursuant to RCW 84.52.020, the Board certifies to the Boards of Coun$ Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent of ESD 105, an excess property tax levy in the amount of $3,550,187 to be levied in calendar year 2021 and collected in calendar year 2022lor the District's General Fund.
