See Chapter 9 in the SWMP for a description of administrative <br />functions. <br />3.6.3 Please describe the funding mechanism(s) that will recover the cost of each component. <br />Funding mechanisms listed in 3.6.1 are not targeted for specific components. <br />3.7 Other Programs <br />For each program in effect or planned which does not readily fall into one of the previously <br />described categories please answer the following questions.
