• Each Barnacle device ordered is free <br />• 90 -day commitment required <br />* Payment Processing Fee: 3% for all fines collected <br />Operators will be granted a revocable license to use and operate the Barnacle <br />Any failure for payment will result in cancellation of the service <br />• Upon cancellation all Barnacles will be disabled and must be returned within 30 days. <br />Any unit not returned within 30 days will be considered lost and subject to the <br />schedule below. <br />Warranty <br />All Barnacles will be warrantied against failures and defects in the operation <br />Any unit that breaks will be replaced upon return and inspection for misuse <br />* Replacement Program (Premier Plus Program) <br />• For every deployment of a Barnacle the customer shall create a Deployment Record <br />which includes, at minimum, vehicle make, model, pictures, and license plate, This <br />shall be logged in the Barnacle Enforcer Application or Dashboard. <br />• Barnacle Parking Enforcement will replace up to 4 last, damaged, or stolen, devices <br />per calendar year at no cost to the customer if an accurate deployment record has <br />been created. Customer acknowledges that no replacements shall be provided if <br />Customer has any invoices that are more than thirty (30) days past due. <br />Any devices lost, destroyed, or damaged without available deployment record, good <br />faith effort to recover device shall be subject to $750 replacement fee. <br />• A $750 replacement fee will be charged for replacements after 4 devices in a <br />calendar year have been lost, destroyed, or damaged; resets beginning of every year. <br />Deposits <br />• The Company may, in most instances, collect deposits from motorist for the safe <br />return of devices. In the event a device is not returned or is returned damaged, the <br />Company may capture the deposit and shall retain that deposit to offset the cost of <br />replacement device. <br />BBARNACLE" Private and Confidential <br />
