When the Police Department found Barnacle, we knew this <br />could be a game changer to help with this issue. The Barnacle team showed us this <br />device was going to be safer for our officers and motorists, easier to immobilize, and <br />more efficient to collect the scofflaw revenue. Currently we do not utilize the motorist - <br />release functionality and was happy to know that Barnacle is flexible that way. Barnacle <br />is in the process of integrating with our enforcement software to make the system even <br />more efficient.
