IDEAR MR. COOK, <br />Please review the enclosed report covering the Scope of Work delineated in the agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Works and Diamond Parking Services in the fall of 2021. <br />This is a comprehensive assessment of the parking environment as it exists in the Hyak area with a <br />specific examination of the Hyak Dr East and Keecheius Drive roadways. Enclosed you will find an <br />explanation of our findings, potential liabilities associated with those findings, solutions that can be <br />quickly implemented to help mitigate that liability as well as strategic long-term suggestions for a more <br />comprehensive approach to the parking management within the greater Hyak area. We have also <br />included some suggestions for potential technologies that could be utilized or used as a baseline for <br />further "needs based" sourcing specifications. <br />We look forward to your review of these findings and we will be available to answer questions regarding <br />the information provided in this report.
