Exhibit R: Docket Item 2I-19 <br />Amendment to Airport Influence Area Notice <br />Chapter 17.75 <br />Notice of Airport Influence Area <br />Sections <br />17.745.010 Purpose and intent. <br />17.75.020 <br />17 .7 54.0320 Notification and disclosure <br />17.75.010 Purpose and intent. <br />The purpose of this chapter is to provide notice of potential airport impacts to purchasers of lots located in the <br />vicinity of an airport. <br />I 7.75.020 Definitions: <br />'Airporfl'rneans public-use airports including Easton State. Cle Elum Municipal. Devere Field <br />and Kittitas County Airport (.Bowers Field). <br />17 .7 54W030 Notification and disclosure. <br />in <br />thgsllerving-netiee; All plats. short plats. development permits. and buildine permits issued for development <br />activities on or within one rnile of an airport propertv boundary shall contain the following notice: <br />"The subject property is presently located in the vicinity of an airport, within what is known as an airport <br />influence area. For that reason, the property may be subject to some of the annoyances or inconveniences <br />associated with proximity to airport operations (for example: noise, vibration, or odors). Individual sensitivities <br />to those annoyances can vary from person to person." <br />Disclosure Statement.disclosure statement reouired bv this section shall used under the followins <br />circumstances and in the following manners: <br />a. Copies of the disclosure statement notice substantially in the form as set forth in sub-part <br />(2Xa) herein shall be posted for public view in appropriate locations in the Kittitas Countv <br />Courthouse and other appropriate county public building locations. Copies of such disclosure <br />statement notices shall also be transmitted to real estate aeents. title companies and attomeys <br />located in Kittitas for their use in nostinE or such other use as mav deem anorooriate <br />them in ^A-,:^:^^ d^^:- ^fc nf dra avic+anna ^f +L;" ^L-^+^-b.
