Kittitas County Capital lmprovement Program December 7, 2021 <br />What does level of service (LOS) mean? <br />The LOS is a quantifiable measure of the amount of public facilities that is <br />provided, such as acres ofpark land per capita, vehicle capacity ofintersections, <br />or water pressure per square inch available for water system. <br />Question 6: <br />Answer: <br />What is concurrency? <br />All public facilities that are needed to serve new development or a growng <br />service area population, must be in place at the time of initial need.
