EXHIB|T'N" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Conduct polygraph examinations of applicanb for employment or reserve service <br />upon request by the Kittitas Gounty Sheriffs Office. <br />o <br />o <br />a <br />a <br />Prepare and convey reports of those polygraph findings and applicant evaluations <br />to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Ofiice. <br />These evaluations shall be conducted in complian@ with, and as mandated by, the <br />provisions of RGW 43.101.095(2XaXiii), and WAc 139{7-040, and any provision <br />now in existence or enacted during the period of this Professional Servioes <br />Agreement, including any extension thereof. All materials related to the <br />examination and its results are confidential pursuant to WAC 139-07-040(1Xd) <br />and shall be treated as such and secured in a manner consistent with any <br />applicable state and federal statutes and regulations,including the means of <br />providing such results or materials to the Kiftitas County Sheriffs Office. The <br />contractor is solely responsible for implementation of such safeguards and for <br />any breach or violation thereof. <br />Wanant that he or she is familiar and in compliance with the stiandards referenced <br />above and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The services stated above will be conducted at the Confactor's place of business.
