NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY AND CITY HEALTH OFFICIALS <br />MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT— ATTACHMENT I <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />With recent CDC approval, NACCHO intends to amend the current contract for the Addressing <br />the Needs of People with Disabilities in COVID-19 project.
