.Accurate <br />ELECTRIC UNLIMITED, INC. <br />COMMERCIAL - INDUSTRIAL <br />Kittitas County Jail <br />Jeremy Reynolds <br />PROPOSAL FOR ADDITIONAL 26 CAMERAS <br />Accurate Electric Unlimited (AEU) is pleased to provide this proposal for labor and materials for <br />the installation, programming, and testing of twenty six (26) new digital cameras as described <br />herein for the lot sum total of.................................................................... $ 69,856 (USD) <br />Per the attached sketch, the second floor hallway and associated dayrooms have blind spots in <br />which the Sheriff would remedy with this proposal. <br />PROPOSED SOLUTION <br />Accurate Electric Unlimited (AEU) proposes to provide and install twenty-six new dome <br />cameras. The Vicon V2000D-W313MIR is a 21VIP dome camera with a polycarbonate cover. AEU <br />will install the cameras with CAT 6 cabling and route to the second floor security electronics <br />room above the hallway ceiling tiles. The County will provide the requisite POE Ethernet <br />switches and the fiber link to the switches. AEU will core drill two 2" holes above the security <br />electronic room door and install cable management to the switches. Each cable will be tested <br />and certified. Cameras in the dayrooms will have conduit in inmate accessible areas. <br />SCHEDULE <br />AEU proposes the installation be completed with two (2) on site Journeymen with remote <br />programming by our software engineers.... In two weeks. AEU proposes to be on site within 35 <br />days of Notice to Proceed. <br />ALTERNATES <br />Kittitas County my delete up to five (5) cameras in the proposal at a cost savings of $1190 per <br />camera. This includes the price of the camera, installation, programming, and license fee. <br />
