Funding is contingent on the <br />state’s receipt of its 2021 annual award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development. <br />Prior to grant contract execution, this letter allows you to incur costs not to exceed ten percent of <br />your award for eligible administrative and public services activities after July 1, 2021. Payment for <br />eligible costs will be provided on a reimbursement basis only by Commerce after the grant <br />contract is executed.
