No public testimony for this proposal was received. <br />III. The change meets the Growth Management Act and the objectives of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />21-02 Kittitas County Proposal: <br />Amend KCC 16.12.180 to remove Hearings Examiner “recommendation” language. <br /> <br />The proposed amendment to KCC 16.12.180 will amend language to reflect the Hearing <br />Examiner’s role as a decision maker, and not a recommendation body. <br />The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on November 22, 2021, and <br />approved the request as presented by a 3-0 vote, finding that: <br />I. The change meets the Growth Management Act and the objectives of the County’s <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />21-04 Kittitas County Proposal: <br />Amendment to Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map, Exhibit D. <br /> <br />This amendment includes the following: <br />• City of Ellensburg zoning map changes - The official zoning map is updated to <br />reflect the recent annexation of parcel numbers 258133, 018133, 038133, and <br />058133, depicted in the City of Ellensburg Annexation Ordinance No.4867. <br /> <br />• City of Ellensburg zoning map changes - The official zoning map is updated to <br />reflect the recent annexation of parcel 10867, depicted in the City of Ellensburg <br />Annexation Ordinance No. 4868. <br />
