2021 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 7, 2021 <br />Page 39 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit Q: Docket Item 21-18 <br /> <br />Amendment to KCC Title 19 Airports <br /> <br />19.04.10 Purpose and intent. <br />The Purpose and intent of this chapter is to allow the Kittitas County Airport to establish <br />appropriate minimum standards of commercial aeronautical operation, rules and regulations of <br />public use, aeronautical infrastructure design standards and provide safety of operation through <br />these three documents.
