2021 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 7, 2021 <br />Page 14 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 17.15, to add “Cemeteries” as a permitted use <br />in all zoning districts, as shown in Exhibit I. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 17.08 and 17.15 to create definitions for <br />“Agricultural Direct Marketing,” “Seasonal Harvest Festivities,” and “Expanded Seasonal <br />Harvest Festivities” and add each use to the Land Use Table in applicable zones, as shown in <br />Exhibit J. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 16.12.040 to allow existing lots that contain <br />two lawfully established residences to be short platted, even though they may not comply with <br />zoning minimum lot size or other dimensional requirements, as shown in Exhibit K. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 17.36.025 and 17.36.030 (and any associated <br />Comprehensive Plan Goals and Polities, etc.) to amend the PUD ordinance regarding allowable <br />density outside of Urban Growth Areas or LAMIRDs, to allow nonconforming lots to be <br />adjusted, as shown in Exhibit L. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 12.05.050 to allow access permits to be <br />extended with associated building permits, as shown in Exhibit M. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 10.07 to add a definition of “traveled way” <br />for prohibited parking and increase no parking fees to $200, as shown in Exhibit N. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 12.56.020 to correct the existing language <br />that allows the franchisee to make rules and regulations, as shown in Exhibit O. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 17.08 and 17.15.050.1 to add a definition for <br />“Animal Crematory” and add as a permitted use in the Commercial Agriculture Zone, as shown <br />in Exhibit P. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 19.04.10 to eliminate the current language <br />and provide references to Bowers Field Minimum Standards Document, as shown in Exhibit Q. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 17.75 to add Notice of Airport Influence Area <br />plat note requirement, as shown in Exhibit R. <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves the adoption of the 2021 Amendments to the Kittitas County Code <br />as shown in Exhibits A through R attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Information <br />Services is hereby directed to make these changes to the regulations on the County website. The
