KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 7, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Schuknecht’s Polygraph Service and Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Schuknecht’s <br />Polygraph Service for conducting polygraph examinations, conducting interviews and <br />polygraph examinations of applicants, and preparing and conveying reports of polygraph <br />findings to the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office for the calendar year 2022. There are no <br />changes from the 2021 agreement. Compensation will remain at $200 per applicant <br />evaluation. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />this agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Schuknecht’s Polygraph Service and Kittitas County. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
