Creating the lead Fiscal Analyst position serves PW succession planning needs and could <br />also assist the Auditor's Office in a similar fashion. The two lead positions would <br />shadow the fiscal managers and be expected to manage day to day in the absence of the <br />PW FM or the Auditor's Budget and Finance Director.
