The HSGp <br />provides funding to implement investments that build, sustain, and deliver the 32 oore capaUlities essential to achieving the <br />National Reparedness Goal of a secure and resilient Nation. Annng the five basio homeland seourity missions notecl in the <br />DHS Quadrennial Homeland Security Review, HSGP supports the goal to Strengthen National Preparedness and Resilience. <br />The building, sustainrnent, and delivery of these core capabilities are not exclusive to any single level of government, <br />organization, or oommunity, but ratler, require the comUned effort of the whole community. This HSGP award consists <br />of State Honeland Seourity Program (SHSP) funding in the anpunt of $6,428,138, Urban Area Seourity lnifiative (UASI) <br />funding in the amount of $6,250,000 (Seattle Area, $6,250,000), and Operation Stonegarden (OPSG) funding in the amount <br />of $1,606,800. The follcnring counties shall receive OPSG subawards for the following anpunts: Adams $75,000; Clallam <br />$100,000; Ferry $112,500; lsland $100,000; Janestoarn S'Klallam Tribe $80,000; Lower Elwha Tribe $75,000; Makah Tribe <br />$75,000; Nooksack $99,000; Okanogan $100,000; Pend Oreille $150,000; Quileute Tribe $60,300; San Juan $100,00O; <br />Spokane $155,0@; Stevens $150,000; Swinomish Tribe $75,000; \Matcom $100,000. These grant programsfund a range <br />ol activities, includirg plannirg, organization, equipment purchase, training, exercises, and management and administration <br />across all core capabilities and mission areas. <br />Article ll - Funding Hold: SHSP Natlonal Priorities <br />FEMA has flaced a funding hold on the folloring investments under the national priority areas, and $353,303 of SHSP funds <br />is on lpld in the FEMA financial systems. Untilthe hold is released, the recipient is prohibited from drawing down funds or <br />reimbursing subrecipients, ard the subnecipients are prohibited from obligatirg or experding SHSP funds, for the cocts or <br />activities identified below. The hold only applies to the anpunt of funds identilied for each SHSP investment under the national <br />priority areas below.
