Marian Meadows is first and foremost a,.residential,, <br />llffiHl}and building structure will be supportive of this incrusive of the Rv complex with <br />oversight of thE Marian Meadows community will be inclusive of three (3) goveming boards.' Marian Meadow Residential Board MMRD) comprised of five (5) members willoversee the residential aspects of the Community. <br />' silver creek Recreations vehicle Resort (scRvR) comprised of three (3) members willoversee and administer aspects of the RV Complex.o Marian Meadows owners Association rrrauonl comprised of three (3) MMRDmembers and two (2) scRvR members will oversee joint applications of the entirecommunity. <br />section I - Building Types: (no manufnctured/mobile homes)1' Marian Meadows will support and encompass a variety of housing types from site-builtconskuction to factory built modular construction (seeAttachment I for examples) andmust be sited on a permanent foundation.2' Modular homes can be Fansported intact,in pieces or panelized and will be inclusive ofkit designs, log structures, slps or other construction methoos.3' Building t]?es can be single or multi-story construction meeting Kittitas county andInternational Building Code standards.4' see attached illustrations of typical home conshuction zuitable for Marian Meadows.5' storage complex constuction will be of wood, stoneo metal ormasonrymaterials and bedesigned and built consistent with other building types in Marian Meadows and mustmeet the design criteria as set forth by the o"u"Lp", and meet Kittitas county code.
