<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 of 20 <br />subdivisions or other bodies of any regional, local or other governments waive any such <br />Eviction Laws. In the event any individual is claiming tenancy rights, then the County, at <br />the County’s sole cost and expense, shall take all such necessary actions to remove <br />such individual from the premises prior to expiration or termination of the individuals <br />shelter occupancy Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />33. Federal Emergency Management Agency: <br />Non-congregate sheltering must meet the requirements of the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency (FEMA). After the initial 12-month period outlined in Exhibit A <br />“Scope of Work”, any paid services shall not extend beyond a 30-day duration per the <br />Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide (Chapter 2: VI.B.lO.b Sheltering). The <br />County will be responsible for seeking necessary FEMA authorization and non - <br />congregate sheltering extensions as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />
