TENELCO, INC. <br />2824 Old Hartford Road, Unit A, Lake Stevens, WA 98258 <br />425-397-7770 <br />July 9, 2021 <br />Kittitas Solid Waste <br />RE: Septage Application Kittitas County <br />Proposed change order on original Service Agreement. <br />Tenelco Inc. proposes a change order to the original Service Agreement between Tenelco Inc. and <br />Kittitas County signed July 21,2020. We applied 802,666 gallons of septage to The Ryegrass Biosolids <br />Management Facility at that time. This year there is a large reduction in volume to be applied. <br />Fortunately, even with all of the increased costs from this year's economy etc. being absorbed into <br />many less gallons, we are still able to offer this year's application services at a rate of $0.32 per gallon. <br />If there are any questions, please call me at 425-530-5994. <br />Thank you, <br />Terry Stern <br />General Manager <br />Tenelco Inc. <br />
