IMPLEMENTATION: GOALS, STRATEGIES, OBJECTIVES, ACTIVITIES A goat is what we aim to do to address our priorities. The strategies are how we will accomplish our goat. Present recommendations to the county DD coordinator about the county DD budget by November of each year. 2. Comptete a biannuat DD plan that inctudes a picture of DD in Kittitas County, a description of services, an anatysis of gaps in services, and priority areas of improvement every other year by June. 3. Provide feedback and recommendations to BOCC about DD issues as needed and/or upon request.
