PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEM ENT <br />ATT !rBil <br />COMPENSATION <br />Contractor will be paid 54,500 per month which shall be invoiced to the County on a monthly basis on the first <br />of each month after services are provided. Contractor will also bill a monthly expense reimbursement amount <br />of S100 per month for routine expenses such as local mileage and parking. Additional expenses will be payable <br />upon submission of an invoice detailing such expenses. Extraordinary expenses shall be incurred only with prior <br />authorization of the County and reimbursed as an additional cost to this agreement. <br />Page 4 of 20
