StateofWashingtonDepartmentofEcologyPage5of22AgreementNo:SWMCLCP-2123-KiCoSW-00045ProjectTitle:KiCoSW-00045LitterandIllegalDumpCleanupandPreventionProjectRecipientName:KITTITASCOUNTYSOLIDWASTEAUTHORIZINGSIGNATURESRECIPIENTagreestofurnishthenecessarypersonnel,equipment,materials,services,andotherwisedoallthingsnecessaryfororincidentaltotheperformanceofworkassetforthinthisAgreement.RECIPIENTacknowledgesthattheyhadtheopportunitytoreviewtheentireAgreement,includingallthetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement,ScopeofWork,attachments,andincorporatedorreferenceddocuments,aswellasallapplicablelaws,statutes,rules,regulations,andguidelinesmentionedinthisAgreement.Furthermore,theRECIPIENThasread,understood,andacceptsallrequirementscontainedwithinthisAgreement.ThisAgreementcontainstheentireunderstandingbetweentheparties,andtherearenootherunderstandingsorrepresentationsotherthanassetforth,orincorporatedbyreference,herein.Nosubsequentmodificationsoramendmentstothisagreementwillbeofanyforceoreffectunlessinwriting,signedbyauthorizedrepresentativesoftheRECIPIENTandECOLOGYandmadeapartofthisagreement.ECOLOGYandRECIPIENTmaychangetheirrespectivestaffcontactswithouttheconcurrenceofeitherparty.ThisAgreementshallbesubjecttothewrittenapprovalofEcology'sauthorizedrepresentativeandshallnotbebindinguntilsoapproved.ThesignatoriestothisAgreementrepresentthattheyhavetheauthoritytoexecutethisAgreementandbindtheirrespectiveorganizationstothisAgreement.WashingtonStateKITTITASCOUNTYSOLIDWASTEDepartmentofEcologyBy:By:LaurieDaviesDatePattiJStaceyDateSolidWasteManagementDirectorProgramManagerTemplateApprovedtoFormbyAttorneyGeneral'sOfficeTemplateVersion12/10/2020
