OCTOBER 22, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director; and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:09 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for <br />fifteen minutes RCW 42.30.140 to consider Collective bargaining <br />sessions with employee organizations, including contract <br />negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the <br />interpretation or application of a labor agreement; or (b) that <br />portion of a meeting during which the governing body is planning or <br />adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body <br />during the course of any collective bargaining, professional <br />negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing <br />the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings while in <br />progress. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:24 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 8:24 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for ten minutes RCW 42.30.140 to <br />consider Collective bargaining sessions with employee organizations, <br />including contract negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions <br />relating to the interpretation or application of a labor agreement; <br />or (b) that portion of a meeting during which the governing body is <br />planning or adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the <br />governing body during the course of any collective bargaining, <br />professional negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or <br />reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings <br />while in progress.
