Kittitas County Mitigation Initiatives 2019 Kittitas County Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />2021 Annual Progress Report (October 1, 2020 - August 31, 2021) <br />StatusNo. Priority Description <br />Kc - 22 High <br />Use the best avallable data and science to continually update the County risk assessment <br />as new information becomes available (hydrologic, geologic, topographic, etc.) <br />Progress DNR is the LiDAR coverage for Kittitas County. Flood Control <br />Zone District Community Technical Partner studies updates flood maps based on best <br />available data and science. <br />KC - 23 High <br />lntegrate the hazard mitigation plan into future updates of the Kittitas County <br />comprehensive Plan. <br />The Hazard Mitigation Plan will not be updated until 2024. <br />KC - 24 High <br />Continue to support the implementation, monitoring, malntenance and updating of thls <br />plan. <br />Progress made.
