s <br />AM[NDMENT #1 <br />TO <br />CONTRACT #O1072O-AXhI <br />THlS AMENDMENT is by and between Sourcewell and Axon Enterprise lnc, (Vendor). <br />Vendor rsa: awarded a Sourceweil Cont.act for Public Safety Video Surveiilance Solutions r,rriih <br />Related Equipment, Softvra;'e and Accessories effective February 25, ?02O, through February <br />2L,2A24, relating to the provision of services by Vendor and to Sourcewell and its Members <br />(Original Agreement). <br />The parties agree that certain terms within the Original Agreement will be updated and <br />amended and only to the extent as hereunder provided. <br />lN CONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants and agreements described in this Amendment, <br />the parties agree as follor,vs: <br />1. This Amendment is effective upon the date of the last signature below <br />2. Vendor has updated its Master Services and Purchasing Agreement to Version 9.0, <br />dated 4/L7120.
