DocuSign Envelope lD: 9D428523 5BES 448A 9484 474FCDA7B600 <br />AnxoN <br />2 <br />3 <br />Master Services and Purchasing Agreement <br />Add-on Services Appendix <br />This Appendix applies to Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Studio, and Axon Performance. <br />Subscription Term. lf Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Studio, or <br />Axon Performance as part of a bundled offering, the subscription begins on the later of the (1) start <br />date of that bundled otfering, or (2) date Axon provisions Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon <br />Redaction Studio, or Axon Performance to Agency. <br />lf Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Studio, or Axon Performance <br />as a standalone, the subscription begins the later of the (1) date Axon provisions Axon Citizen for <br />Communities, Axon Redaction Studio, or Axon Performance to Agency, ot (2) first day of the month <br />following the Effective Date. <br />The subscription term will end upon the completion ofthe Axon Evidence Subscription associated <br />with the add-on. <br />Axon Citizen Storage. For Axon Citizen, Agency may store an unlimited amount of data submitted <br />through the public portal ("Portal Content"), within Agency's Axon Evidence instance.
