BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />GOUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTTON NO. 2021- I 57 <br />A Resolution Approving Lease Termination <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, and Leroy Miller, d/b/a Miller Refrigeration, entered into lease for <br />real property at the Bowers Airport and lndustrial area on October 1, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, That lease was subsequently amended on October 16, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, Lessee, Mr. Miller has since passed away and Mrs. Miller desires to terminate <br />the lease effective September 31,2021; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County finds such lease termination to be in the public interest <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County hereby consents to the <br />termination of the October 1, 2008 lease between Kittitas County and Leroy Miller dlblalMiller <br />Refrigeration effective September 31, 2021 . <br />ADoprED t",is lQJnday or ApnkX- ,2021 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASH I NGTON <br />ABSENT <br />c rrman <br />Commissioner
