Axon warrants that it will perform the Migration in a good and workmanlike manner. <br />9 Monitoring. Axon may monitor Agency’s use of Migration to ensure quality, improve Axon devices <br />and services, prepare invoices based on the total amount of data migrated, and verify compliance <br />with this Agreement.
