No refunds <br />will be given. <br />8.2 Axon will invoice Agency the remaining MSRP for TASER 7 products received before <br />termination. If terminating for non-appropriations, Axon will not invoice Agency if Agency <br />returns the CEW, rechargeable battery, holster, dock, core, training suits, and unused <br />cartridges to Axon within 30 days of the date of termination. <br />8.3 Agency will be responsible for payment of any missed payments due to the termination <br />before being allowed to purchase any future TASER 7 plan. <br /> <br /> <br />          <br />
