Accessory structures shall comply with the foundation opening requirements in KCC <br />14.08.250 2). <br />4. Accessory structures shall be constructed and placed on the building site so as to offer the <br />minimum resistance to the flow of floodwaters. <br />5. Accessory structures must be adequately anchored to prevent flotation, collapse, or lateral <br />movement of the structure which may result in damage to other structures. <br />6.
