building permit applications for structures that do not require approval of a plat application, if <br />such plat application was not submined for review and approval concurrent with the Site <br />Development Plan. Approved General Site Plans and Site Developmem Plans which include <br />deviations from the MountainStar Resort Conceptual Master Plan shall be deemed to have <br />amended such Conceptual Master Plan to the extent of such deviations. <br />(g) Submittal Requirements for General Site Plan. A proposed Gem:ral <br />Site Plan shall include the following: <br />(1} A vicinity map showing the planning area and its relationship to <br />surrounding areas; <br />(2) A map of the applicable site drawn to an appropriate scale <br />depicting the following: <br />(i) Arrangement ofland uses by type (Master Planned Resort <br />Accommodation Units, including Short-Term Visitor Accommodation Units, Visitor-Oriented <br />Amenities, Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities, Open Space and other Permined and <br />Conditionally Permitted Uses); <br />(ii) Elevation contours at intervals appropriate tor site terrain; <br />(iii) The location and type of any Developed On-Site <br />Recreational Facilities: <br />(iv) The location of Open Space areas; and <br />(v) The general location of road right-of-ways. <br />(3) A statement identif},ing any deviation(s) between such plan and the <br />.\1ountainStar Conceptual Master Plan or the Development Agreement: <br />(4) Any appropriate environmental documentation: and <br />Suncadi<J Master Planned Resort Development Agreement (Amended and Rc:;talcd 1.2-02-2008) Page 39 <br />Index #32
