PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT  <br />Page 7 of 21  <br />ATTACHMENT "B"  <br />  <br />COMPENSATION  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />Kittitas County shall submit thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) as a 20% down payment on the full project cost  <br />upon  approval  of  this  contract.  Eighty‐five  thousand  dollars  ($85,000)  shall  be  payable  in  equal  monthly  <br />installments of $8,500 over the anticipated subsequent ten (10) months of this project. Twenty thousand dollars  <br />($20,000) shall be paid upon receipt of a draft confirming fulfillment of all project deliverables. Five thousand  <br />dollars ($5,000) will be payable for each of the three‐month and six‐month Virtual Implementation Workshops  <br />and the One Year Scorecard as outlined in Exhibit A. Approved expenses shall be submitted and reimbursed in  <br />the calendar month following receipt.  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />
