<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Bowers Field
<br />Airport until October 8st at 4pm, to be publicly opened and read aloud at the Kittitas County
<br />Department of the Airport, 3110 Airport Rd, Ste. #1, Ellensburg, Washington, for the following:
<br />
<br /> Leasing of County Owned Airport property for agricultural purposes:
<br />Tract #1 – Located in the SW ¼, SW ¼ of Section 13, Township 18 N, Range 18 E, W.M. –
<br />Approximately 38 Acres.
<br />
<br />Tract #2 – Located within a portion of N ½ of Section 24, Township 18 N, Range 18 E, W.M.; and
<br />a portion of W ½ SW ¼ of Section 19, Township 18 N, Range 18 E, W.M.; and a portion of N ½
<br />S.E. ¼ , of Section 24, Township 18 N, Range 18 E, W.M. – Approximately 270 Acres.

<br />Tract #3 - Located within a portion of SE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 24, Township 18 N, Range 18 E.,
<br />W.M.; portion of SW ¼ SW ¼ of Section 19, Township 18 N, Range 19 E, W.M.; portion of N ½
<br />NE ¼ of Section 25, Township 18 N, Range 18 E, W.M. – Approximately 92 Acres
<br />
<br />Tract #4 – Located within the NE ¼ , NE ¼ of Section 26, Township 18 N, Range 18 E., W.M. –
<br />Approximately 24 Acres.
<br />
<br />Tract #5 & #6 – Located within the E ½ of Section 23, Township 18 N, Range 18 E., W.M. –
<br />Approximately 342 Acres, with a reduction to 300 acres upon Flood Management Construction in
<br />2022/2023.
<br />
<br /> Bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders found in the Bid Proposal
<br />packet. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit of $100.00 per tract in
<br />cash, certified check or surety bond. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into the lease within
<br />the time stated, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the County of Kittitas.
<br />
<br /> The Board reserves the right to reject any/all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding and
<br />to accept the bid/bids deemed to be in the best interest of Kittitas County. Bids not in hand at 4:00
<br />p.m., October 8st, will not be considered.

<br /> Lease proposal forms may be obtained in the office of Bowers Field Airport, 3110 Airport
<br />Rd, Ste. #1, Ellensburg, Washington 98926. If further information is required, contact the
