Such policy must provide t-he followingminimum limits:. $1,000,000 per claim. $2,000,000 annual aggregate <br />' lf insurance is on a claims-made form, its retroactive date, and that of allsubsequent renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of thisAgreement. <br />E Pollution Liability <br />The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage forclaims involving bodily injury, progerty damage (including loss of ise of taigibleproperty that has not been physically injured), cleanup cosls, remediation, disp-osalor other handling of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in theinvestigation, defense, or setflement of cliims arising out of:.
