Termination for Default: <br />lf the Contractor defaults by failing to perform any of the obligations of the Agreement orbecomes insolvent or is declared bankiupt or commits any act of bankruptcy o-r insolvencyor makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors, the Cbunty r"y, by'd"positing writtennotice to the Contractor in the U.S. mail, postage prepaid, terminateih- ngr"rent, and atthe Countys option, obtain performance of [he work elsewhere. lf th; Agreement isterminated for default, the Contractor shall not be entitled to receive any furthlr paymentsunder the Agreement until all work called for has been fully performed. Any extra cost ordamage to the County_ resulting from such default(s) shall be deducted from any money dueor coming due to the Contractor.
