Board of Health Minutes <br />July 15, 2021 <br />2 of 2 <br />There was a question about the role of the two new Vaccine and Outreach Specialists. Chelsey Loeffers gave an <br />overview of their current projects, as well as plans for the future. <br />Covid-19 Vaccine updates <br />• MacKenzie Carter and Cambron Walker gave an update on COVID-19 case numbers and vaccination <br />numbers for Kittitas County. <br />There was a question and discussion regarding clarification of vaccination numbers in Washington State and how <br />they differ from day to day. <br />County Health Rankings <br />• Lianne Bradshaw gave an presentation on County Health Rankings, what they are, and where Kittitas <br />County ranks against all counties in Washington State. <br />Question about clarification of what some terms meant. <br />Air Qua#ity Proiect Updates <br />• Joe Rainwater gave an update on the air quality project, a pilot project that looks into the improvement of <br />air quality in households during wildfire smoke season. <br />Discussion on eligibility requirements for this pilot project. <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:00 am <br />ZreE35mith, Cair 6of the Board of Health <br />Tristen Lamb rector <br />Kittitas Co' nt Public Health <br />Alia Y.
