Confirm all comparable sales used with the <br />buyer, seller, broker, or other person having knowledge of the price, terms, and <br />conditions of sale. Evaluate each comparable sale with specific explanations and <br />documentation for any value adjustments made in relation to the properties. <br />Explain in detail the reasoning and conclusions behind the final value estimate. <br />For each comparable sale, the Contractor shall provide maps showing the general <br />location, a detailed site plan, and either a recorded survey, assessors parcel map <br />or plat map.
