EXHIBIT'B' <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensalion for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed $12,O42.A0 USD to be invoiced to Kittitas County <br />Fair for aclual expenses incurred. <br />lnvoices shall include appropriate document of allexpenses <br />Unforeseen addilional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved by the Kittitas County Sheriff, Clay Myers, or the Event Center Director before <br />such work commences. <br />OvertimelHoliday Rate. Client will pay for work performed on state or federal <br />holidays (including, but not limited to New Year's Day, President's Day, <br />Memorial Day, lndependence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, <br />and Christmas) at one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Hourly Rate. <br />Special Dutv Assiqnment. ln the event Client requests an emergency, extra, or special <br />duly assignment with less than twenty{our (24} hours' notice to Supplier, Client will pay <br />one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the Hourly Rate.
