EXHIBIT'A' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The current schedule for camera replacementfar 2A21 is due to the current equipment <br />being 'first generation' with a limited remaining lifespan with most of the models no <br />longer available for replacement. Accurate Electric Unlimited (AEU) proposes to provide <br />and install thit"ty-two (32) new dome cameras which includes two {2) PTZ cameras. The <br />V2005 cameras by Vicon are being introduced this year with specifications exceeding <br />previous versions; such as higher resolution, audio jack capability, audiolrelay output <br />capability, and higher zoom capability. AEU will replace the cameras using the existing <br />CATS cable infrastructure and replace 'in-situ'. AEU Provides the following replacement <br />camera schedule. <br />AEU proposes the installation be completed with two (2)on site Journeymen wiih <br />remote programming by software engineers in 1 week. Proposed working hours are <br />0700*1530 hours daily.
