Sparks Road located in the <br />Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 20 N., Range 13 East, W.M. <br />and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point opposite Highway Engineer’s Station (hereinafter referred to as HES) LE <br />873+28 on the LE line survey of SR 90, Easton Hill to Easton and 241 feet northeasterly <br />therefrom, also being a point opposite HES LA 20+04 on the LA line survey of said highway <br />and 50 feet northwesterly therefrom; thence southeasterly, parallel with said LE line survey to <br />a point opposite HES LE 874+37 thereon, also being a point opposite HES LA 20+12 on said <br />LA line survey and 50 feet southeasterly therefrom; thence southerly, parallel with said LA line <br />survey, to a point opposite HES LA 21+00 thereon; thence southeasterly to a point opposite <br />HES LE 875+50 on said LE line survey and 90 feet northeasterly therefrom; thence <br />northwesterly to a point opposite HES LE 873+00 on said LE line survey and 115 feet <br />northeasterly therefrom; thence northeasterly to a point opposite HES LA 20+60.12 P.T. on <br />said LA line survey and 50 feet westerly therefrom; thence northerly, parallel with said LA line <br />survey to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />The lands herein described contain an area of 0.40 acres, more or less, the specific details <br />concerning all of which, are to be found on sheet 8 of that certain plan entitled SR 90, Easton <br />Hill to Easton, now of record and on file in the office of the Secretary of Transportation at <br />Olympia, and bearing date of approval April 28, 1972, as revised. <br /> <br />Grantor’s Initials
