BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. 2021- I &5 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH <br />COMPREHENSTVE HEALTHCARE RELATED TO CORONAVTRUS (CDBG-CV-2) <br />PROGRAM CONTRACT #20-622IC-115 AMENDMENT A <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County applied for and was awarded a contract with the Department <br />of Commerce (Coronavirus (CDBG-CV-2) Program Contract #20-6221C-1 15); and <br />WHEREAS, Comprehensive Healthcare is prepared to provide the services outlined in <br />that contract denominated as subsistence payment and childcare services as a part of the <br />cou nty's coronavirus relief effort. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE lT RESOLVED the Board of County Commissioners is <br />authorized to execute the attached contract with the Comprehensive Healthcare related to <br />Coronavirus (CDBG-CV-2) Program Contract #20-6221C-1 1 5 Amendment A. <br />DATED this 3'd day of August 2021, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY MMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS CO ASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Vice-Chair <br />Commissioner <br />//,lillilttl <br />lerk of
