However, for the District to adequately address ERLC's iriquiries, the District <br />requires additionaltime to provide a substantive response. The District's Commission meets only <br />once a month, and therefore the proposed deadline of January 2B,2021does not provide the District <br />with an adequate amount of time to properly respond to all of ERLC's requests. Further, your requesl <br />came amidst the winter holidays, and during a pandemic, limiting the ability of the District staff toprepare a meaningful response for the Commission to review. Working diligenfly and in good faith, <br />the District estimates that it will take at least to the middle or end of March ioZt io be able to provide <br />a substantive and meaningful response to your questions and the issues raised. lf additional time is <br />necessary, you will be advised. <br />JAN 2 Q 'n.',t< t
