Assistant; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Carly <br />Brettmann, Communications Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 23, 2021. <br /> <br />WAIVER NOISE ORDINANCE – BUNDROCK COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize a Noise Ordinance <br />Waiver request from Aimee Bundrock to host a wedding/reception <br />located at 870 Pebble Beach Drive, Cle Elum, WA 98922 on August 21st <br />2021 until midnight, with the condition that they notify neighbors <br />within a 1000 feet radius of the event and directed Staff to notify <br />Ms. Bundrock, KITTCOM and the KCSO. Chairman Wachsmith seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST STOPLIGHT TIMER – BOARD MEETINGS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright suggested that the Board consider getting a <br />stoplight timer to manage virtual and in person attendance during <br />Public Hearing’s.
