PERMIT FOR USE OF RESERVOIR FREEBOARD AREA <br />AMENDMENT N0. 1 PERMIT NO. 38 <br />1. The District agrees that Permit No. 38 shall not be revoked or can- <br />celled during the remaining term of the District's FERC license, which <br />expires November 1, 2005, and will extend said permit subject to <br />renewal of the FERC license to a minimum term of December 31, 2010. <br />The only exception to revocation or cancellation shall be if the <br />Permittee fails to abide by terms and conditions contained in the <br />permit. <br />2. Kittitas County is hereby granted permission to use the area described <br />as Exhibit "A Revised" attached hereto to recreational purposes and to <br />place the facilities designated on Exhibit "B Revised" attached hereto <br />on said lands. <br />3.
