SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Allpaid, Inc., formerly GovPay expiring on December 31, 2022. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT KITTITAS COUNTY / KC HEALTH NETWORK SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Kittitas County Health Network to provide Medication Assisted Treatment <br />(MAT) Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling and treatment services, <br />and mental health counseling to individuals both while they are in <br />Kittitas County Jail as well as upon release beginning July 6, 2021 <br />through September 30, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2021-108 KITTITAS COUNTY / CENTRAL WA UNIV. SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2021-108, Authorizing Execution of an Interlocal <br />Agreement between Central Washington University and Kittitas County <br />beginning May 15, 2021 through September 30, 2023 in the amount of <br />$6,250.00 annually. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CWCMH #2021-105MH AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve an Independent Contractor Agreement Number #2021-105MH between <br />Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health and Kittitas County in <br />the amount is $280,000.00, starting August 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024 <br />to be funded from the millage collected for Mental Health Services which <br />will provide delivery and coordination of MH Services in Kittitas county <br />by allowing CWCMH to contract directly with Regional Service Providers, <br />Greater Columbia Behavioral Health (GCBH). <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2021-109 2022 BUDGET DATES AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2021-108, In the Matter of Setting Dates for the <br />2022 Budget Hearings in Kittitas County. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT DSHS AGREEMENT DD PROGRAM AUDITOR <br /> <br />Approve and Authorize Chair Signature on a Program Agreement-Long Term <br />Payable Agreement between Kittitas County and DSHS #2163-23580 for the <br />Developmental Disabilities Program. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT i-ACT PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT JUVENILE <br /> <br />Approve a Program Agreement No. 2163-24529 between the State of <br />Washington, Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) and <br />Kittitas County for the i-ACT Program Development, in the amount of <br />$33,261.00, for the period beginning July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
