07/06/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-102, <br />Approving a new Lease with Stephen Moore on Lot H-41, effective <br />August 1, 2021, through July 31, 2046. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING JAMES LIBENOW LEASE LOT H-39 AIRPORT <br />At approximately 2:10 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public <br />Hearing to consider a new lease at the Airport with James Libenow. <br /> KEN GRANNAN, AIRPORT COORDINATOR provided a Staff Report and the <br />updates to the new lease. THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2021-103 JAMES LIBENOW LEASE LOT H-39 AIRPORT VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-103, <br />Approving a new Lease with James Libenow on Lot H-39, effective June <br />1, 2020, through May 31, 2045. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING RITCH BROWNLEE LEASE LOT H-17 AIRPORT <br />At approximately 2:15 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public <br />Hearing to consider a new lease at the Airport with Ritch Brownlee. <br /> KEN GRANNAN, AIRPORT COORDINATOR provided a Staff Report and the <br />updates to the new lease. THOSE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY: RITCH BROWNLEE spoke <br />about the open market value of the building on the property. The <br />building has no value with a short-term lease. He is currently <br />paying property taxes on this. THERE BEING NO OTHERS REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2021-104 RITCH BROWNLEE LEASE LOT H-17 AIRPORT VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-104, <br />Approving a new Lease with Ritch Brownlee on Lot H-17, effective <br />April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2026.
