EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following: <br />• Facilitation of Developmental Disability Advisory Committee (DDAC) meetings to <br />create partnership projects to provide employment support and services for <br />young adults with developmental disabilities. <br />• Facilitate development of comprehensive plan for DD services as required by <br />WAC 388-850-0202. <br />• Facilitation of up to 5 meetings or events. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
