For contracts that exceed $35,000, the Brokering Fee will then be reduced to 10%. The Brokering Fee includes the development of the subcontract, contract compliance monitoring, insurance, fiscal oversight, auditing services, fiscal reporting to the contra ctorarid IRS. Third party consultants may be brokered within the Wise rate range per hour unless otherwise approved by the Executive Director, andlor the funder.
